At StoryAtlas, we honor actors at the end of each cycle for both excellence and growth. We began honoring actors in September, 2015. At that time, StoryAtlas founder Hunter Lee Hughes chose one actor every month that epitomized the goals of the studio. In January, 2016, we evolved to give two separate honors each month, one chosen for their excellence in performance on the final night of the cycle (Excellence in Performance Award) and one chosen for their growth over the entire cycle (Breakthrough Award). It’s possible (and indeed has already happened) that the same actor may win both honors for the month.

Here are our actor honorees so far:

September, 2015 – “Acting in the Independent Film” Cycle
